Slimbridge
Exit M5 at either junctions 13 or 14 and follow the brown duck signs. With a large array of wetland wildlife from Water Voles to waders, hares to dragonflies and flamingoes, Slimbridge is home to the world's largest collection of swans, geese, and ducks. This leading conservation reserve of 325 hectares of internationally protected wetlands including a Site of Specific Scientific Interest (SSSI) a Ramsar Site and Special Protection Area (SPA) is managed by WWT. It has a look out tower, visitor centre and restaurant and a working duck decoy pool.
